Grooms and Bros offers an assortment of men’s jewellery and knives for sale. Product prices are subject to change without prior notice. While we make every effort to accurately display product images and descriptions, we cannot guarantee that the colors and details will precisely match what you see on your device.

3. Ordering and Payment
Orders can be conveniently placed through our website, and payments are securely processed via Payfast. Please note that once an order is placed, it cannot be cancelled or modified.

4. Delivery
We strive to dispatch orders within 3 business days of order placement, and delivery times may vary based on your location. Grooms and Bros is not liable for any delays in delivery caused by unforeseen circumstances or third-party carriers.

5. Refunds and Returns
If you find yourself unsatisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 7 days of receiving the order. Products must be returned in their original condition and packaging. Refunds will be processed within 30 days of receiving the returned product. Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases where the return is due to a defect or error on our part.

6. Exchanges

If your ring doesn’t fit correctly or you prefer a different style, we offer a convenient exchange process:

• You may exchange your ring for a different size or style
• A fee of R70 will be charged to cover the return courier cost (shipping the replacement ring from us back to you)
• The original shipping cost to return the item to us is your responsibility
• Items must be in their original, unworn condition with any packaging included intact

7. Damaged or Defective Products
In the event that you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the order. We may request evidence of the damage or defect before processing a refund or replacement.
